Caroline is a Sport and Exercise Registrar in her first year of training at Axis.
She graduated from the University of Auckland in 2008 and after completing her House Officer years at Auckland DHB, spent five years working in Urgent Care achieving Advanced Trainee status with the Royal New Zealand College of Urgent Care. She also worked in General Practice as a Sports Doctor.
After completing her Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Medicine in 2014, Caroline worked as a team doctor with the Black Ferns NZ Women’s Rugby team, Black Sticks Men’s Hockey Team, NZ Breakers Basketball, NZ Surf Life Saving Team, NZ Warriors NSW Cup team and Sydney Roosters NRL Nines and as an event doctor at the ASB Classic Tennis Open (Women’s WTA) in 2017.
Caroline is a passionate hockey player having retired from the elite game in 2013 after her ninth season of National Hockey League which included two championship wins. She spent six years within the Blacksticks Women’s and Development squads and a season in Ipswich playing English hockey league.
