Your injury will be diagnosed, and you will be assessed to see if you qualify to go onto an integrated care programme.
Our inter-disciplinary team will work with you to set goals and then design a treatment plan that meets your needs.
You’ll then be supported through your treatment programme with our team to get you back to work, school or sport.
