Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, or for whatever reason simply choose not to attend, please call us on 09 521 9846 at the earliest possible time.

If we do not receive notification at least 4 hours before your scheduled visit, you will be charged. Furthermore, if the missed appointment fee is not paid, no further bookings for appointments will be accepted. Exceptions to this policy may be made but only at the discretion of the Practice Manager.
