Whether you are aiming for your personal best, or simply looking to get back on track, this plan will provide you with a step-by-step guide to help you achieve your goals. A completely individualised programme, taking into consideration current body composition, desired body composition, current activity levels, and lifestyle.

- 7-day dietary assessment before the consultation.
- Clinical consultation and assessment.
- Individualised diet plan (incl specific energy requirements for set days, multiple menu and snack options, and relevant accompanying information to assist you).

High-Performance Programme
Single consultation (as per Elite Plan) + 3 Follow Ups
A programme designed to ensure you meet your goals and develop the ultimate knowledge and skills along the way. Leave no stone unturned on your journey to success. Set a nutrition plan in place and then benefit from regular follow-ups to fine tune your plan, adapt and continually learn along the way. Training programmes are periodised; your nutrition plan should be no different.
Your plan includes:
- 7-day dietary assessment before the consultation.
- Clinical consultation and assessment.
- Individualised diet plan (incl specific energy requirements for set days, multiple menu and snack options, and relevant accompanying information to assist you).

Additional follow-up consultations: $200
Performance Nutrition Expertise
You will be seen by Dane Baker, a Performance Dietitian, who has worked extensively with New Zealand's elite athletes and teams (currently with The All Blacks Sevens and Black Ferns Sevens Teams, Blues Rugby, and HPSNZ).
Dane is also a part of WHISPA, a group dedicated to optimising female health and performance through research and education. Outside of sport Dane has experience in working with diabetes.
