Jennifer attained Specialist Scope of Practice in Sports Physiotherapy from the New Zealand Physiotherapy Board in 2025. She has worked for High Performance Sport New Zealand for the last sixteen years, including leading the Auckland team of Performance Physiotherapists for the last eight. Jennifer has been fortunate to work in both team and individual sports and with both able bodied and paralympic cohorts.

Jennifer promotes a collaborative approach to help individuals achieve their performance goals. This principle is evident with her involvement as a developer and lecturer for Auckland University of Technology Post-Graduate Sports Physiotherapy paper, and as a member of the organising committee for the 2024 Sports Medicine NZ and Sport and Exercise combined conference.

Currently, outside of physiotherapy work, Jennifer enjoys delivering (and practicing) 1:1 performance pilates and also has a full time job acting as a taxi driver to her three tamariki
