Nadia is passionate about all things health and wellness, and has a special interest in women’s health, especially in relation to fertility and pregnancy, as well as appropriate fuelling for sport.
In her spare time, she loves experimenting with new recipes, chasing sunshine at the beach, spending time with friends and loved ones, and travelling (having lived and worked in the UK and USA).
