Rachel Skilling

Rachel was drawn to study physiotherapy after many years on the treatment table while competing. She graduated from AUT in 2010 and has since gone on to complete her post graduate studies in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, including dry needling and clinical pilates. She has worked with a variety of competitive sporting teams from elite level to grass-roots and has a passion for return to play rehabilitation.

When not at work you can find her out in the forest with her horse, or chasing a small fuzzy yellow ball.
