Tania McLean is a highly experienced physiotherapist with over 25 years of clinical practice and with a strong interest in pelvic health. Her background spans musculoskeletal sports rehabilitation, manual therapy and Clinical Pilates, all of which she integrates into a calm, evidence-based, and person-centred approach to care.

A lifelong passion for all sports and movement, Tania followed her curiosity into pelvic health following the birth of her first born. Her particular expertise in pelvic floor dysfunction, bladder and bowel concerns, pelvic pain, and pre- and post-natal rehabilitation now compliments her sports physiotherapy base. She is deeply committed to creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Tania’s philosophy centres on providing clear education, tailored assessments, and practical, personalised treatment plans that help her clients regain confidence in their bodies and improve their daily function. Tania believes that matters of the pelvis should not restrict anybody from daily movement.

Tania’s  dedication to pelvic health reflects her passion for helping men &  women restore strength, control, and quality of life at every stage.

Outside of work Tania still thinks she can chase a hockey ball playing masters hockey, mountain biking and chasing her 3 boys.
